30-Day Labor Warranty
 

Revive Auto Solutions is committed to providing high-quality automotive repair services. To ensure the quality of our work, we offer a 30-day labor warranty on all parts installed by our mechanics. This warranty is designed to give our clients peace of mind and confidence in the services we provide.
 

Warranty Coverage:

  1. Scope of Warranty

    • This warranty covers the labor involved in the installation of parts. If any issues arise related to the labor performed by Revive Auto Solutions within 30 days of the installation, we will address and resolve the issue at no additional cost to the client.

  2. Quality Assurance

    • The 30-day labor warranty ensures that the part installed functions correctly and meets the necessary quality standards during this period.
       

Warranty Limitations:

  1. Duration

    • This warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of the part installation. Beyond this period, Revive Auto Solutions cannot control the nature and function of the part installed on the vehicle, and therefore, the warranty cannot exceed this time period.

  2. Exclusions

    • This warranty does not cover:

      • Parts provided by the client.

      • Issues arising from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

      • Pre-existing conditions or unrelated vehicle issues.

      • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

  3. Third-Party Parts

    • If parts installed by Revive Auto Solutions are sourced from third-party manufacturers or suppliers, any warranty claims related to the part itself must be directed to the manufacturer or supplier. Revive Auto Solutions does not provide a warranty on the parts themselves, only on the labor involved in the installation.
       

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Notification

    • To make a warranty claim, clients must notify Revive Auto Solutions within the 30-day warranty period. Please contact us with details of the issue and provide the original receipt or proof of service.

  2. Inspection and Resolution

    • Upon receiving a warranty claim, Revive Auto Solutions will inspect the vehicle to determine the cause of the issue. If the problem is covered under this warranty, we will perform the necessary labor to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
