III. Services Provided

  1. Automotive Mechanic Services

    • Revive Auto Solutions provides automotive mechanic services, which include inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles at our shop.

  2. Scope of Work

    • The scope of work will be determined based on the client's reported issues and our subsequent inspection and diagnosis. Any additional repairs identified will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.

  3. Parts and Labor

    • We use high-quality parts for all repairs. Labor will be performed by qualified and experienced mechanics.
       

IV. Authorization for Repairs

  1. Authorization Agreement

    • Clients must complete and sign an Authorization Agreement before any repair work can commence. This agreement authorizes Revive Auto Solutions to inspect, diagnose, and repair the vehicle as necessary.

  2. Client Responsibilities

    • Clients must provide accurate information about the vehicle and its condition.

    • Clients must make the vehicle accessible for inspection and repair, including providing necessary keys and security codes.
       

V. Payment Terms

  1. Payment Obligations

    • Clients agree to pay the total amount due for the authorized repairs upon completion of the work. An itemized invoice detailing parts, labor, and any additional charges will be provided.

  2. Payment Methods

    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

    • This warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, issues not disclosed by the client, or damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
